Our roots
Ours is a family-run company that, for generations, has dedicated itself with passion and meticulous dedication to the cultivation of olive trees, following the organic farming method while respecting a genuine peasant tradition.
Our olive groves extend for 15 hectares in the Chimino, Pietragrossa and Martusa districts within the territory of Caltabellotta (Ag), one of the oldest mountain towns in Sicily, rich in history, charm, myths and extraordinary beauty due to its its panoramic position.
A real corner of paradise! Caltabellotta boasts a long tradition in the culture of the olive tree which here finds optimal climatic and environmental conditions for its growth, favorable to the production of a high quality oil which is appreciated and sought after throughout the world.

Cultivating the land is real effort, but "when you love you don't struggle, or if you struggle, this same effort is loved".
An indissoluble emotional bond with the land of our ancestors accompanies our work every day.
Every single plant on our estates receives care, time and loving attention throughout the year and reciprocates by offering us an oil with an intoxicating scent, a bright green color and a special flavour.
